Shipping & Return

Shipping Policy

We offer free US shipping on all orders over $700.  We currently ship to domestic US only.  We do not ship to PO box, APO, FPO, or DPO.

Once your order is placed, please allow 2-4 business days to process and ship your order.  We respect your privacy and all shipment will be sent in discreet packaging.  We ship in plain, unbranded brown box.  With no images or reference to the doll. 

We ship via Fedex or UPS ground or air. Orders should arrive within 5-7 business days. Actual delivery time varies depending on factors such as weather, delivery address, courier availability, etc.  

You will receive tracking information via email once your order is shipped.  

Cancellation

You may cancel an order if it has not being shipped.  Please contact us within 24 hours from your order to ensure cancellation.  Order that has been shipped cannot be cancelled.  

RETURN

For health and safety purposes, all products are final sale.  We only accept return on products that are unopened and within 3 days from delivery.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We also do not accept products that have been used.  We only replace items if they are defective  or if the incorrect product was shipped.   

To complete your return, please contact us for Return Authorization.  Please provide your order number for proof of purchase is required.  Please ship with tracking service and insurance.  We are not responsible if the return item is not delivered.  

Please do not send your purchase back without Return Authorization.

What is not covered by the return?

– Damage/ Used Dolls: Item is not eligible for a refund if it is not in its original condition, is damaged, used or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, refund will not be approved. 

–Skin imperfections: Due to the nature of the material, it’s normal that the skin color looks slightly different on computer screens versus the one you receive.

– Finger & Toe Nails: The nails on the dolls may become loose during shipping or afterwhile you receive the package.  You can reattach by using lash / nail glue.

– Loose Eyelash: A protective case/eye mask will be used to protect the doll’s face and eyes.   The eyelashes may become loose during shipping.  You can easily reattach with lash/nail glue.

– Makeup Difference: Makeup is applied manually and color variation may occur and may not 100% match the product pictures online. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  All approved return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.

Refund may take 1-2 weeks to process and return to your account.  Please contact your financial institution for more information.
